Placing an order

Browse our catalog of 730+ digital artworks, select your preferred orientation (Square, Landscape 16:9, Landscape 3:2, Portrait 3:2, or Portrait 16:9) and size on the product page, then add to cart and checkout. Every artwork is produced on demand — no stock issues, no waiting list.

Payment methods

Photonumerique accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe and WooPayments), Google Pay, PayPal, and Bitcoin (via Blockonomics). All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

Production & delivery

Production: approximately 10 business days from order confirmation. Every artwork is made-to-order by our TIPA-Award European photo lab.
Shipping in France (metropolitan): free, 2–3 business days after production.
International shipping: available on quote — contact oc@yty.yt before ordering for a delivery estimate.
Order tracking: use our order tracking tool with your order number and email.

Returns & refunds

Return window: 14 days from delivery, hassle-free.
Condition: artwork must be returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping: at the customer’s expense for non-defective items, prepaid by us if the return is due to a defect or shipping damage.
Refund timeframe: within 5 business days of return receipt, using the original payment method.

Damage in transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and artwork within 48 hours of delivery and email them to oc@yty.yt. A free replacement is produced and shipped within the standard 10-business-day production window — no questions, no return required.

Warranty

Photonumerique guarantees every artwork against manufacturing defects — bubbles in the Diasec face-mount, warping of the alu Dibond, separation of layers — for the lifetime of the customer. Damage from improper handling, prolonged direct sunlight, or unsuitable environments is not covered. Replacement is at our discretion.

B2B, interior designers & custom projects

For volume orders, custom sizes outside our 46 standard formats, or partnerships with interior designers, architects, hotels, and corporate spaces, contact oc@yty.yt directly. Quotes are typically delivered within 2 business days.
