Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your artwork. This policy explains how to return an item and obtain a refund. For any request, contact oc@yty.yt.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable EU law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.

2. How to return an item

Please contact us at oc@yty.yt before returning any item. The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

3. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or to a product that arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, provided the returned product is received in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The refund is processed within 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned product by our customer service team.

5. Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs. You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under the French Consumer Code and Civil Code; we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
