Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all purchases made on Photonumerique.com. By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Seller

2. Products

We sell fine-art photographic prints (high-definition Lambda prints, face-mounted under acrylic glass using the Diasec technique, on an aluminium Dibond backing). Product images are as accurate as possible; slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen and the printing process.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable French VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of your order.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order, through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, costs and times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal and our return conditions, as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Legal warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website (images, artworks, texts, logos) is protected and remains the exclusive property of YTY SAS or its licensors. Purchasing a print does not transfer any reproduction or commercial rights; the artwork may not be copied, reproduced or resold for commercial purposes.

10. Liability

Our liability cannot be engaged for any indirect damage, nor for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

11. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may first seek an amicable solution by contacting us. You may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
