Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Photonumerique.com (operated by YTY SAS) prepares and delivers your order. By placing an order you accept the terms below. For any question, contact us at oc@yty.yt.

1. Order processing

Each artwork is a high-definition Lambda print, face-mounted under premium acrylic glass (Diasec technique) on an aluminium Dibond backing, and prepared with care. As our pieces are produced to order, please allow a short production time before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation once your order ships.

2. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address you provide at checkout. We are committed to meeting the indicated delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (carrier, customs, or force majeure).

3. Shipping costs

Metropolitan France: free shipping, with no minimum order.
International: available on quote — please contact oc@yty.yt before placing your order for a delivery estimate based on destination and artwork size.

4. Packaging and transit

Artworks are protected with reinforced packaging suited to face-mounted acrylic prints. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund (see our Returns & Refund Policy).
